The first edition of Agro Export Day, an international meeting dedicated to promoting Moroccan agri-food exports, is set to take place in Casablanca on November, under the theme “Made in Morocco, Desired Worldwide: Export the quality of Moroccan agri-food.”
Organized by the National Agri-food Federation (FENAGRI), this event aims to position Morocco as a hub of agricultural exports, mainly in Africa, Europe and the Middle East, and promote the quality of Moroccan products with a “Made in Morocco” label, the organizers said in a press release.
The program includes high level exchanges, thematic panels, specific B2B meetings and an exhibition zone dedicated to flagship products of the national agri-food industry, the same source added.
The morning is set to be animated by two main sequences, the first of which will focus on international consumer trends and the most promising Moroccan products for export, while the second will address sustainability, traceability, innovation and certification issues.
The evening will be reserved to business meetings between Moroccan producers and foreign customers.
Through this initiative, FENAGRI reaffirms its leading role in promoting local agro-industrial sectors and providing strategic support to companies seeking to enter more demanding and promising markets.
