The Government Council was briefed on Tuesday in Rabat on the headquarters agreement relating to the establishment of the Regional Office of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) for Africa in Morocco, signed on June 2, 2025, in Rabat between the Moroccan Government and this international organization.
A press release from the Ministry Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, spokesperson for the government, states that the Government Council also took note of Bill 63.25 approving said agreement.
Both texts were presented by the Minister of Justice on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, according to the same source.
