All eyes on AFCON
This weekend proves how much depth and diversity Morocco’s national team has. From defense to attack, Moroccan players are performing in every position and shine in Europe’s top leagues.
Walid Regragui now has a full squad of talents, fit, in form, and performing across Europe’s top leagues.
With AFCON 2025 taking place in Morocco, the pressure is on. The national team hasn’t lifted the trophy since 1976, and now everything is in the team’s favor: the players, the momentum, the home support.
There are no excuses and anything less than winning the title that has been missing from Morocco since 1976, would be a huge disappointment for Morocco.
