The 5th General Assembly of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) convened on Wednesday in Kuwait, bringing together ministers, representatives of international organizations, and partners and observers from both the public and private sectors. The assembly includes delegates from over 60 countries, including Morocco.
The Kingdom is represented at this gathering by the Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni. She is participating in the Assembly to underscore Morocco’s growing prominence on the global digital transformation map and to further strengthen international cooperation within this sector.
The 5th General Assembly is designed to solidify cooperation and partnerships among member states, explore the various facets of innovation, and debate digital strategies. Furthermore, the event will see the launch of foundational initiatives that align with the Organization’s agenda for the 2025-2028 period.
The Assembly also seeks to contribute to the development of best-practice policies in the digital realm. The ultimate goal is to promote inclusive and equitable economies that empower individuals, businesses, and communities to innovate and prosper, while simultaneously enhancing connectivity and the momentum of collective action.
