Morocco will return to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on Sunday, February 15 at 3:00 a.m., for the holy month of Ramadan, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform announced in a press release.
This measure is in line with the provisions of Decree No. 3.06.26 issued by the Head of Government on January 29, 2026, relating to legal time.
According to the Ministry, Morocco will revert to GMT+1, by advancing the clock by 60 minutes after the end of the holy month of Ramadan, on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 2:00 a.m.
