Morocco’s national carrier, Royal Air Maroc (RAM), canceled flights to and from Paris on Wednesday, citing weather alerts.

The airline said it is assisting passengers by rebooking them on alternative flights.

“Passengers whose contact details are up to date in their booking file will receive an email and SMS with confirmation of their rebooked flight,” Royal Air Maroc announced.

The airline also advised passengers to check the status of their flights through its website or mobile application.

It also alerted passengers holding tickets on cancelled flights that they can benefit from other options, including a free rebooking within 15 days following the date of the canceled flight to and from France.

Passengers also have the option to get a refund of their ticket in its original form of payment.

“Passengers whose flights have been cancelled or who have not received confirmation of a rebooked flight are kindly requested not to go to the airport, and instead contact their original point of sale or the Royal Air Maroc call center to confirm their rebooking or request one of the above options,” RAM concluded.

Royal Air Maroc also canceled flights to and from Amsterdam due to adverse weather.

Earlier this week, the company cancelled two flights to and from Amsterdam due to weather, scheduled to fly  Tuesday and Wednesday. RAM announced that it will offer different options to minimize the impact of the cancellation for its customers.
