Spanish magazine “Atalayar” dedicates a special issue to Morocco on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s accession to the Throne of His glorious Ancestors, in which the magazine highlights the remarkable progress achieved by the Kingdom in various fields under the enlightened leadership of the Sovereign.
“Atalayar” highlights the scope and impact of the actions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, whose influence extends beyond national borders, illustrating the Sovereign’s leadership on the African and Arab-Muslim scene.
In its editorial, the Spanish magazine emphasizes the fundamental role of His Majesty the King in enshrining the strategic partnership with Spain, Europe, and the United States, and highlights the Sovereign’s constant commitment to dialogue, cooperation, and rapprochement between peoples, in a determined effort to promote mutual understanding and the values of peace, coexistence, and living together.
The magazine also looks back at the major progress made by Morocco over the past 26 years, spotlighting political stability, economic and social growth, as well as the Kingdom’s significant modernization efforts and the consolidation of reliable leadership, both in Africa and internationally.
Comprising 68 pages richly illustrated with photographs and portraits of His Majesty the King, this issue features several articles and opinion pieces by Spanish and Moroccan experts on the far-reaching constitutional, political, economic, and social reforms launched under the impetus of the Sovereign, as well as major themes such as energy transition, royal diplomacy, and growing support for the autonomy plan for the Moroccan Sahara.
This special issue also focuses on Morocco-Spain ties and places particular emphasis on Morocco’s decisive role in combating irregular migration and strengthening peace and stability in the Mediterranean region.
