Vivo Energy Morocco has renewed its strategic partnership with INJAZ Al-Maghrib association, signing a new agreement last Friday. The two-year convention for 2025-2027 aims to continue developing educational and entrepreneurial programs for Moroccan youth.

The partnership, initially established in 2009, reflects both organizations’ commitment to promoting education and entrepreneurship as tools for inclusion and human development. Over the past sixteen years, this collaboration has trained more than 250,000 young people across Morocco and created over 300 junior enterprises, according to the joint press release.

“Our historic partnership with INJAZ Al-Maghrib demonstrates our lasting commitment to Moroccan youth,” said Matthias de Larminat, General Director of Vivo Energy Morocco. “Education and entrepreneurship are powerful levers for promoting inclusion and encouraging the development of young people’s potential.”

The new agreement focuses primarily on the Company Program, INJAZ Al-Maghrib’s flagship initiative. This program introduces high school and university students to entrepreneurship through creating and managing businesses in real conditions.

The partnership will also include Vivo Energy Morocco’s participation in other educational and innovation initiatives based on identified needs.

A key aspect of the collaboration is skills-based sponsorship. More than 170 Vivo Energy Morocco employees have served as volunteer mentors, sharing their professional experience and expertise to support young people in developing their projects.

This human and solidarity mobilization constitutes an essential dimension of the partnership, says the statement.

“The renewal confirms the solid relationship between INJAZ Al-Maghrib and Vivo Energy Morocco,” noted Wafaa Joundy, President of INJAZ Al-Maghrib. “Together, we pursue the same ambition: providing Moroccan youth with the means to develop their skills and gain confidence and helping them access professional life in the best conditions.”

Abir Aman, a 2025 Company Program graduate from Mohammed V University’s Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Agdal, shared her experience: “Participating in the Company Program allowed me to transform an idea into a concrete project.”

“With Saferide, we developed a technological solution to enhance road user safety. Thanks to the support from INJAZ Al-Maghrib and Vivo Energy Morocco mentors, I learned to believe in my potential, she added.”

The partnership is part of Vivo Energy Morocco’s community initiatives, which center on education, renewable energy, and health through road safety, according to company representatives.
