The traveling regional exhibition on the Sira Nabawiya was inaugurated on Tuesday in Casablanca under the theme “Divine Mercy: Immersion in the Life of the Prophet (PBUH).”

Organized by the ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs in coordination with the Regional Delegation of Islamic Affairs in Casablanca-Settat and the Documentation and Cultural Activities Center, this exhibition comes in response to the royal message addressed by the Commander of the Faithful, HM King Mohammed VI, to the ulemas of the Kingdom regarding the commemoration of the fifteenth centenary of the birth of the Prophet (PBUH).

This event, which runs until December 11, also aims to highlight certain aspects of the life of the Prophet (PBUH) through the presentation of historical and educational documents that embody the moral and human values conveyed by the Sira Nabawiya throughout the ages.

The exhibition, whose inauguration was attended by a group of ulemas and people interested in religious and cultural issues, reflects the Kingdom’s focus on preserving the prophetic heritage and anchoring its values in society.

It comprises several sections, including an interactive timeline, a section on the morals and conduct of the Prophet (PBUH), and a section devoted to the Farewell Sermon and prophetic recommendations.

The exhibition also includes a library of manuscripts on the Sira Nabawiya, Moroccan calligraphy relating to the life of the Prophet (PBUH), a children’s area, and a space for Samaa and Madih.

The exhibition program, which combines scientific, cultural, and recreational aspects, includes various activities for all ages, including screenings of documentary films on the life of the Prophet (PBUH), calligraphy competitions, Sira Nabawiya memorization contests, and prophetic poetry contests, as well as workshops for children and Madih and Samaa sessions.

The exhibition is punctuated by symposiums on “The Sira Nabawiya: Way of Life and Human Development,” “The Sira Nabawiya and the Development of Family and Society,” and “The Civilizational and Humanistic Dimension of the Sira Nabawiya”
