Binter, the Canary Islands-based airline, has announced its latest initiative called “Flight Friday Deals,” offering discounts on flights between the archipelago and selected destinations, including Morocco.

Travelers looking to explore Morocco can take advantage of reduced fares for direct flights to Marrakech and Agadir, said the airline in a press release. Return tickets between Gran Canaria (LPA) and Marrakech (RAK) start at just €61.95 for round trips, it added.

The statement noted that the offers are available for booking until December 2, 2024, for travel between January 1 and March 31, 2025.

Binter promises passengers a superior travel experience with its fleet of modern aircraft, including the Embraer E195-E2.

“Passengers on these Binter flights will enjoy the unique advantages offered by the Canary Islands airline: the comfort of its Embraer E195-E2 aircraft—the quietest, cleanest, and most efficient single-aisle jet in its class,” the statement reads.

By including these cities in the promotion, Binter is tapping into the high demand from tourists and locals who want to explore the Canary Islands or visit Morocco. It’s also an opportunity for people in the Canary Islands to discover the magic of Morocco.

Marrakech and Agadir are two of Morocco’s most popular travel destinations. Marrakech, known as the “Red City,” is famous for its vibrant souks, historic palaces, and lively atmosphere. Agadir, on the other hand, is a coastal gem with beautiful beaches and a laid-back vibe.

Binter already has a strong presence in Morocco, with regular flights connecting the Canary Islands to several other Moroccan cities, including Essaouira, Tangier, and Ouarzazate.

In July, the airline launched a new route connecting Gran Canaria to Ouarzazate and resumed direct flights between Essaouira and the island.
