The Royal Guard’s Official 3-Star Show Jumping Competition kicked off Friday at the Hassan II Arena in Méchouar, Rabat, under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.
The event, taking place from June 20 to 22, opened with the Bouregreg Prize (1.10–1.15 m), won by Mohamed Arahbi of the Police Cavalry School. Riding “Hiolita W,” Arahbi delivered a flawless performance in both rounds, finishing in 33.49 seconds.
Ahmed Tidjani of the Tensift Equestrian Club claimed second place aboard “Diva” (33.93 seconds/0 faults), while third went to Mouilah Abdelhaq, also from the Police Cavalry School, on “Fireboy CB” (34.34 seconds/0 faults).
Debbagh Yahya (Tensift Equestrian Club) and Aharchaou Hattani (Police Cavalry School) completed the top five.
The prestigious competition brings together top riders from equestrian clubs affiliated with the Royal Moroccan Federation of Equestrian Sports (FRMSE), and features a total of 19 events. The highlight will be the Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, scheduled for Sunday.
