The Government Council was informed on Friday of an agreement between the governments of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Liberia in the field of military cooperation, signed in Rabat on October 21, 2025.
The Council also took note of Bill No. 065.25 approving the said agreement, presented by the minister delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration, on behalf of the minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Expatriats, according to a press release from the ministry delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, spokesperson for the government.
