under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, has succeeded in building a model based on stability, development and the construction of the future, which has allowed the Kingdom to gain respect at the African level and in the Arab world, said the Egyptian expert in political and strategic affairs, Tarek Al Bardissi.
In an interview with MAP, Al Bardissi said that, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Morocco has undergone a comprehensive process of development, ranging from investment in human capital to the modernization of infrastructure, strengthening the economy and building advanced industrial sectors, noting that the Kingdom has become a regional hub of the automotive and aeronautical industry, a world renowned tourist destination and a logistics platform connecting the different continents, thanks to a foresighted royal vision that has made development a lever for building the future.
The Moroccan experience illustrates the ability of an enlightened political will to transform challenges into opportunities, he added, considering that investment in human capital is the foundation of any successful national project.
In addition, Al Bardissi said that His Majesty King Mohammed VI has established a diplomatic approach based on wisdom, efficiency and forward looking vision, stressing that Morocco has become a leading regional and continental player, particularly through the strengthening of South-South cooperation, which has evolved towards the establishment of economic and development partnerships in the service of common interests.
In this regard, he highlighted the Africa-Atlantic Gas Pipeline project as well as the Royal Initiative to facilitate the access of the Sahel countries to the Atlantic Ocean, which embody a strategic vision that surpass geographical borders and aims to promote integration, stability and prosperity in Africa, further emphasizing the role played by Morocco in the defense of the Palestinian cause, through the chairmanship, by His Majesty the King, of the Al-Quds Committee and the supervision of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, which reflects the Kingdom’s constant commitment to Arab and humanitarian solidarity causes.
Regarding internal reforms, the political expert considered that the process of political and societal reform in Morocco is part of a strategic vision aimed at consolidating the state of institutions, stressing that the 2011 Constitution was a pivotal step in anchoring the principles of participation and the rule of law.
He also highlighted the reform of the Family Code and the strengthening of the place of women, which reflect the Kingdom’s ability to reconcile authenticity and modernity.
In the sports field, Al Bardissi said that the successes achieved by Morocco have gone beyond their purely sporting dimension to become a real national project based on planning and investment in human capital, maintaining that the preparations for the 2030 World Cup testify to the confidence of the international community in the Kingdom’s organizational capacities and expertise.
